E Jiah has left her veil of secrecy and is stepping up to meet various officials herself. After the end of MBC’s Me Too, Flower!, E Jiah’s contract with Key East expired, leaving her free to sign with a new agency.
Because of her mysterious image, E Jiah was known for having few friends outside of her agency. Through Me Too, Flower! however, she’s developed close ties with her partner Yoon Shi Yoon, and she’s also giving and seeking advice from Song Joong Ki, who she was introduced to by an acquaintance.
E Jiah is Chummy with Yoon Shi Yoon and Song Joong Ki. She’s also attending meetings with many known agencies to plan her future career.
An official stated, “E Jiah is being very careful, but she was unexpectedly outgoing at times. I believe because she’s shed most of her mysterious image through her scandal with Seo Taiji, she isn’t hesitant about meeting officials. She’ll be coming back as an actress to her fans when she meets a good agency, because she’s passionate toward her work.”
A rep from her former agency Key East said, “We’re still on good terms with E Jiah. We sometimes talk with her about her new agency. We support E Jiah and hope she becomes a great actor in a new environment.”
